Alchemist vs Snapfire

How this matchup plays

Snapfire's armor reduction from Lil' Shredder makes Alchemist feel incredibly fragile, especially when he's standing in his own Acid Spray. Her ability to force movement with Firesnap Cookie or slow him from a distance with Mortimer Kisses makes it tough for him to farm safely. Even when Alchemist triggers Chemical Rage, Snapfire's initial burst damage can often be enough to make him back off instead of fighting. This constant threat of being killed before his regeneration can catch up is what gives Snapfire a real opening in the lane and early teamfights.

The whole game becomes a race against Greevil's Greed. If Snapfire's team can't convert that early pressure into objectives, Alchemist will inevitably hit an item timing that lets him ignore her. A Black King Bar in particular shuts down most of her utility against him. The matchup is all about whether Snapfire can enable her team to win before Alchemist can enable his to win later. This clash of timings and game plans is probably why the two heroes also struggle to accomplish their goals when played on the same side.
