These Terms of Use govern your use of the batru.gg website and Batru’s companion in-game overlay apps, including the Batru in-game coach for Dota 2 on Overwolf (together, “the Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

1. What Batru is

Batru provides analytical tools and probabilistic predictions for competitive games, for informational and entertainment purposes. Predictions are statistical estimates from machine-learning models — they are not guarantees, and real outcomes will differ.

2. Not betting or financial advice

Batru is for educational, entertainment and analytical purposes only. Nothing on the Service is financial advice, and we do not endorse or facilitate sports betting or wagering of any kind.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the tools and API for personal, non-abusive purposes.
• Don’t scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt the Service or its APIs.
• Don’t resell or redistribute our data, models or predictions as your own.
• Don’t use the overlay in any way that violates a game’s own rules or end-user agreement. The Batru overlay surfaces only information already available to you in your own game client and provides no unfair advantage.

4. Intellectual property & trademarks

Batru’s software, models and original content are our property. Game names, logos, hero and item artwork, and related assets belong to their respective owners. Batru is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Valve, NetEase, Marvel or Overwolf. Dota 2 and Deadlock are trademarks of Valve Corporation; Marvel Rivals is a trademark of NetEase and Marvel.

5. “As is”, no warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability or fitness for a particular purpose of any prediction, recommendation or data.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Batru is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

7. Changes & availability

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service, or update these terms, at any time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version; continued use after changes means you accept them.
