Batrider vs Omniknight

How this matchup plays

Trying to get a successful Flaming Lasso off on a core hero is a constant struggle against an attentive Omniknight. His Heavenly Grace is a straightforward strong dispel that immediately frees the Lasso target, effectively resetting Batrider’s gank attempt. This forces the Batrider to either bait out the save first or try to catch Omniknight himself, which can be awkward and risky. Even if Grace is on cooldown, Guardian Angel can often ruin the kill by making the dragged hero immune to physical follow-up from Batrider's teammates. This fundamental clash of game plans—Batrider wanting to isolate one hero and Omniknight wanting to protect everyone—makes them poor opponents and, for similar reasons, poor allies.
