Batrider vs Snapfire

How this matchup plays

Lassoing a core hero is much harder when Snapfire is on their team. Her Firesnap is a quick and reliable way to interrupt the drag, pushing Batrider away and often saving his target. Even if the pull isn't broken, Mortimer's Kisses can blanket the area Batrider is trying to reach, making it very dangerous for his team to follow up on the initiation. This forces Batrider to play around Snapfire's cooldowns or find much more isolated pickoffs, complicating his main game plan.

Throughout the game, this dynamic creates a tense positioning battle. Batrider is looking for a flank or a moment when Snapfire is out of position, possibly needing an early Blink Dagger to create that opportunity. Snapfire, meanwhile, needs to shadow her most important ally, staying close enough to provide the counter-initiation with Firesnap. The advantage isn't overwhelming, as a skilled Batrider can still find his moments, but Snapfire's basic defensive tools naturally make his job more difficult from the start.
