How this matchup plays

Fighting an invisible opponent is a nightmare for a duelist like Kez. His parry and counter-attack style relies on seeing the enemy's move, but Bounty Hunter can walk up in Shadow Walk and land a big Jinada hit without warning. The core of the problem, however, is Track. A carry that wants to find favorable one-on-one fights and slip away can't function when he's permanently visible to the entire enemy team. It completely shuts down Kez's ability to split-push, farm aggressively, or set up ambushes, turning his strengths into liabilities.

This dynamic defines the whole game. From the mid-game onward, Kez can never feel safe. His team has to spend a fortune on detection just to let him farm a single jungle camp, which slows down his item progression. Bounty Hunter's team uses the constant vision from Track to coordinate ganks on Kez or simply avoid him and take objectives elsewhere. Kez is forced into a reactive, defensive posture, grouping with his team far earlier than he'd like and preventing him from hitting the timings he needs to carry.
