How this matchup plays

Losing your main escape tool is what defines this matchup. Weaver's entire game plan relies on Shukuchi's invisibility to survive and reposition in fights. Bounty Hunter's Track completely shuts this down, giving his whole team vision of Weaver no matter where he goes. Even if Weaver manages to use Time Lapse, the Track debuff will still be on him, meaning he can't reset and re-engage from the shadows. This fundamental interaction turns a slippery, high-damage hero into a very straightforward and fragile target.

From the start of the game, this dynamic puts Weaver on the back foot. Bounty Hunter can easily set up ganks in the lane, starving Weaver of the farm he needs. Later on, Weaver's ability to split-push or hunt for supports is severely limited, as getting Tracked while alone is a death sentence. Weaver is often forced to buy defensive items earlier than he'd like, delaying his impact, while the Bounty Hunter's team gets rich off the extra gold from killing a hero that's supposed to be hard to catch.
