How this matchup plays

Taking over the lane and accelerating his farm is fairly simple for Bristleback here. Enchantress relies on Untouchable to deter physical attackers, but this does nothing against Quill Spray. The constant stacks of spell damage easily outpace her Nature's Attendants heal, while Viscous Nasal Goo negates her ability to kite. Bristleback wants to be close to his targets anyway, which minimizes the damage from her Impetus. He can run straight at Enchantress, ignore her right-clicks and any creeps she has, and quickly overwhelm her small health pool with repeated spells.

This advantage lets Bristleback dictate the pace of the game from the start, forcing Enchantress out of lane and slowing her item progression. In mid-game fights, he's a frontline threat that she has no answer for. Her controlled creeps melt to his area-of-effect damage, and she can't stand her ground against him. Enchantress is forced to play from the absolute back of a fight, hoping her team has the specific stuns or break effects needed to handle Bristleback for her.
