Trying to burst down Centaur Warrunner often backfires for Lina. His massive health pool can absorb her initial spell combo, and then her follow-up attacks from Fiery Soul get punished. Each fast hit triggers Centaur's Retaliate, and if he activates a Blademail, Lina can quickly kill herself on him before he even falls low. She relies on deleting a single target, but he is fundamentally built to survive that kind of focused damage and turn it back on the attacker. This core interaction puts the pressure directly on Lina.

Across the game, this means Centaur's primary plan is often to Blink onto Lina and lock her down with Hoof Stomp. She's fragile and has no innate escape, so getting caught usually means she's dead. The onus is on Lina to position extremely carefully in teamfights, often having to ignore Centaur completely and kite around the edges of the fight to find a safer target.
