Head-to-head Dota 2 7.41f win rate from ranked matches.
In Dota 2 7.41f, Death Prophet wins the Dark Seer vs Death Prophet matchup: Death Prophet beats Dark Seer in 50.01% of 8,889 ranked matches.
Picking one of these heroes into the other feels like a commitment to a very specific kind of teamfight. Death Prophet wants to activate Exorcism and run straight at a key target. Dark Seer’s entire kit is built to disrupt that plan. He can Surge allies to safety, pull Death Prophet away with Vacuum, or use Wall of Replica to make the fight too chaotic for her to navigate effectively. She is forced to deal with his disruption instead of executing her simple, powerful timing. It’s a conflict of game plans that also explains why they play poorly together; on opposing sides, Dark Seer is simply better equipped to dictate the terms of engagement.
