Head-to-head Dota 2 7.41f win rate from ranked matches.
In Dota 2 7.41f, Primal Beast wins the Dark Seer vs Primal Beast matchup: Primal Beast beats Dark Seer in 51.00% of 7,796 ranked matches.
Choosing a core to run at the back lines can lead you to Primal Beast, and he finds a reasonable target in Dark Seer. Primal Beast can use Onslaught to bypass the frontline and immediately threaten Dark Seer with Pulverize, which Dark Seer has no way to interrupt on his own. While a quick Surge might create enough space to survive the initial assault, it’s often not enough to escape the repeated pressure. The main reason this matchup isn't more one-sided is the Wall of Replica. A charging Primal Beast creates a powerful illusion that can turn his own aggression back on his team with Trample, forcing him to be careful about his initiation.
