Farming a quiet lane feels risky when a Dawnbreaker is on the other team. Her ability to join any fight from anywhere with Solar Guardian means Muerta can never feel completely safe, even under her own tower. Dawnbreaker brings lockdown and burst damage that can interrupt Muerta before she can get her full damage output. While Muerta can use Dead Shot's fear to stop a Starbreaker channel or activate Pierce the Veil to avoid physical damage, Dawnbreaker is naturally tanky enough to often withstand the initial response and re-engage once Muerta's defensive tools are on cooldown.

This dynamic forces Muerta to play with her team much earlier than she'd like. She can't split-push or farm aggressively because getting caught by a Solar Guardian drop is a very likely death. Dawnbreaker, on the other hand, can apply this pressure while farming her own part of the map. The game then revolves around vision control.
