Head-to-head Dota 2 7.41f win rate from ranked matches.
In Dota 2 7.41f, Dazzle wins the Dazzle vs Keeper of the Light matchup: Dazzle beats Keeper of the Light in 51.51% of 13,092 ranked matches.
Controlling the map's tempo is where Keeper of the Light finds an edge. He can constantly shove lanes from a safe distance with Illuminate, forcing Dazzle's team to react and defend towers instead of grouping up for a push. Dazzle excels when his team commits to a fight, allowing him to get maximum value from Shallow Grave and chain-healing with Shadow Wave. However, Keeper of the Light's Blinding Light can disrupt these tight formations, pushing heroes apart and making it harder for Dazzle to save everyone. Dazzle also lacks a reliable way to interrupt the Illuminate channel from afar, putting him on the back foot.
This dynamic often leaves Dazzle's team feeling stretched thin. Keeper of the Light's constant pressure can starve them of farm and objective control. For Dazzle to succeed, his team needs to find a way to close the distance. Strong initiation that can get on top of Keeper of the Light before he can channel his spells is the key. If they can force a chaotic, close-range fight, the fragile old man goes down quickly. It really comes down to whether KOTL can keep his distance or if Dazzle's team can force the issue.
