How this matchup plays

Trying to land a kill with Mortimer Kisses often feels frustrating when Dazzle is on the other team. His Shallow Grave can completely negate the burst damage, allowing the target to survive the initial impact and turn the fight around. This forces Snapfire to rely on her team to either chain stuns on the Graved target or try to bait the spell out early. In response, a well-timed Firesnap Cookie can be used to push the Graved ally away from Dazzle's help or interrupt Dazzle himself, creating a standoff where timing is everything.

This back-and-forth defines their interactions all game. In lane, Dazzle’s sustain can make Snapfire's harass feel ineffective. In teamfights, it becomes a game of chicken. Snapfire wants to force a fight and secure a kill before Grave is ready, while Dazzle wants to position safely to counter her team's initial burst. The outcome often hinges on which hero's team better enables their plan, as neither has a definitive advantage over the other on their own.
