Picking Sven into a Dazzle creates a game of chicken centered on burst damage. Sven's entire plan often relies on using God's Strength to eliminate a key hero in seconds. Dazzle’s Shallow Grave is the direct answer, completely negating that kill attempt if timed correctly. This makes Sven's choice of target crucial. If he initiates on a hero and Dazzle saves them, Sven is left weakened with his biggest cooldown spent. However, if Sven can use Storm Hammer on Dazzle himself before Grave can be cast, the fight swings heavily in his favor as the enemy team loses its most important defensive tool.
