Choosing to play Death Prophet into a Visage means you're betting on your team to protect you. Visage's Familiars provide a huge amount of focused, single-target damage, and they're great at bursting a hero who needs to survive for a long duration. They can often overwhelm Death Prophet before Exorcism gets its full value, especially in the mid-game. Grave Chill also makes it much harder for her to kite or maintain positioning during her ultimate. While a well-timed Silence can disrupt Visage's combo and the ghosts can sometimes help clear the Familiars, the specific pressure he applies to her main timing window is often enough to tilt fights in his team's favor.
