Disruptor vs Skywrath Mage

How this matchup plays

A first glance suggests Skywrath Mage should have an easy time, since his silence can shut down Disruptor's spell combos. The reverse is also true; a good Glimpse or Kinetic Field makes Skywrath a free kill. The matchup is a quick-draw contest where both heroes are capable of killing the other from full health if they land their spells first. Since both are fragile and rely on getting the jump, neither has a consistent, built-in advantage over the other. The fight is decided by who initiates, not by the heroes themselves.
