How this matchup plays

Landing a perfect Sacred Arrow on Dragon Knight can feel unrewarding. His natural tankiness from Dragon Blood means he often survives the follow-up damage unless Mirana brings a lot of help. Her real strength in the matchup isn't bursting him down, but using that long stun to isolate him for her team or to simply pick off one of his squishier allies instead. On the flip side, Dragon Knight struggles to apply his own single-target stun to Mirana. Her Leap provides a simple escape, forcing him to have a Blink Dagger or a teammate's help to pin her down.

This means the game is rarely decided by a direct confrontation between them. Dragon Knight wants to group up, transform into his Elder Dragon Form, and methodically take objectives, using his durability to stand in the front. Mirana plays a completely different game, looking for pick-offs around the map with Moonlight Shadow and trying to start fights with an advantage.
