Enchantress vs Legion Commander

How this matchup plays

Picking Enchantress into a Legion Commander often feels like a mistake from the start. Enchantress needs space to kite and deal damage with Impetus, but Duel locks her down completely, forcing a melee fight she can't win. Her main defense, Untouchable, is meant to slow down attackers, but Legion Commander can power through it with the massive attack speed from Press the Attack. Even Enchantress's dominated creeps become a liability, as they give Legion Commander more damage and speed from Overwhelming Odds. It’s a direct counter to almost every part of her kit.

This dynamic makes the mid-game incredibly dangerous for Enchantress. Once Legion Commander has Duel, she becomes the priority target for easy damage. Enchantress can't farm lanes or jungle safely and is forced to play extremely defensively, often needing items like a Force Staff or Ghost Scepter to survive the initial Blink-Duel. Legion Commander's game plan is straightforward: hunt the Enchantress, build up damage, and take over the map. For Enchantress, the game becomes a constant struggle to stay away from a hero designed to kill her.
