Faceless Void vs Snapfire

How this matchup plays

Catching several heroes in Chronosphere is a huge play, but it can be completely undone by Snapfire. She can punish the commitment from long range with Mortimer Kisses, turning Void’s own ultimate into a death trap for his team. She can also often save a key ally caught inside with a well-aimed Firesnap Cookie. This forces Faceless Void to change his priorities. The problem for Snapfire is that she is a very appealing target for that same Chronosphere. If Void gets the jump on her, she has no escape and can't use her spells while stunned, making her an easy kill.

This makes teamfights a delicate dance. Faceless Void will often try to hunt Snapfire specifically, using vision and Time Walk to find and trap her before she can react. A successful Chronosphere on her is usually a won fight. In response, Snapfire has to position very defensively, staying far behind her team and waiting for Void to reveal himself. The outcome of a fight often comes down to which of these two heroes gets to execute their plan first, making the matchup feel very dependent on vision and initiation.
