Nature's Prophet vs Jakiro

How this matchup plays

Pushing down a lane with an army of Treants is the core of Nature's Prophet's game, but Jakiro shuts that down completely. All of his spells are area-of-effect, melting summons and creep waves instantly. Macropyre and Ice Path make defending towers simple, turning a dangerous push into a pile of gold for his own team. Even Sprout is a liability, as Jakiro can easily burn down the trees or stun Nature's Prophet inside his own trap. He simply makes it impossible for Prophet to build the economic and map pressure advantage he relies on to win.

This forces Nature's Prophet into a difficult position all game. His attempts to split-push are easily contained, forcing him to either show up to teamfights or fall behind. In those fights, Jakiro's multiple slows and stuns make it hard for Prophet to find a good position or escape. The usual plan of teleporting to undefended objectives rarely works because Jakiro is one of the best heroes at defending them. Prophet is left trying to find small windows of opportunity while Jakiro's team dictates the pace of the game.
