Nature's Prophet vs Tiny

How this matchup plays

Drafting Nature's Prophet into a Tiny feels risky because Tiny’s kit naturally answers what Prophet wants to do. Trying to use Sprout for an escape is unreliable, as Tiny can clear the trees with Tree Grab or Avalanche. Nature's Prophet also lives by split pushing lanes alone, which makes him a prime target for Tiny's instant burst damage. The standard Blink Dagger initiation into an Avalanche and Toss combo can often delete a lone Prophet before he has time to Teleport away, punishing his team's main strategy and leaving them without map pressure.

This forces the Nature's Prophet to play much more cautiously. Instead of creating constant pressure across the map, he often has to group with his team earlier than he'd like or invest heavily in defensive items. The Tiny player knows this and will actively hunt Prophet to open up the map for his own team. It becomes a game of vision control and prediction, with Prophet trying to stay hidden while Tiny looks to capitalize on any small mistake for a pickoff and a subsequent objective.
