Hoodwink vs Mirana

How this matchup plays

Trying to land a stun on Mirana often feels difficult for Hoodwink. Mirana's Leap gives her a clean way to dodge Sharpshooter or get out of the Bushwhack area before it can trigger. While Hoodwink relies on Scurry to get around, that escape is predictable and requires trees. Mirana's own stun, Sacred Arrow, isn't tied to terrain, giving her more freedom to initiate fights anywhere on the map. This fundamental difference in mobility and stun conditions puts the pressure on Hoodwink to position perfectly.

Across the game, Mirana can dictate the pace by forcing fights away from the treelines where Hoodwink is strongest. Pushing down a lane or contesting runes in the open river makes it much harder for Hoodwink to land a good Bushwhack or escape with Scurry. The Hoodwink player's goal is to control vision around key jungle chokes and bait enemies into her territory. Mirana simply has more options for both aggression and escape, which tends to give her a small advantage in their exchanges.
