Lining up a perfect Sharpshooter on an enemy core often wins the fight, but Outworld Destroyer has the ideal tool to spoil the plan. A well-timed Astral Imprisonment completely negates Hoodwink's ultimate, wasting her long cooldown and leaving her exposed. The duel becomes about who acts first. If Hoodwink can land a Bushwhack from the fog, she can often secure the kill before OD can react. But without that initial lockdown, she risks channeling her biggest damage spell for nothing while Outworld Destroyer patiently waits to banish the target.

This back-and-forth defines the matchup. Hoodwink uses Scurry and the treeline to stay elusive, looking for an angle to stun and burst. Outworld Destroyer, meanwhile, isn't too bothered by her high armor, as his Arcane Orb deals pure damage that melts through her health pool if he can get on top of her. Fights are decided by positioning and reaction time. If Hoodwink gets the jump, she can win. If OD anticipates her aggression or catches her in a bad spot, he can easily turn the engagement around.
