Hoodwink vs Snapfire

How this matchup plays

Trying to land a full Sharpshooter from the back lines becomes a real problem against Snapfire. While Mortimer Kisses won't break the channel directly, it forces a choice: either Hoodwink cancels her ultimate to dodge the incoming damage and slow, or she stays put and becomes an easy target. Snapfire is also durable enough to often survive Hoodwink's initial burst where other supports might not. On top of that, a well-timed Firesnap Cookie can save an ally that Hoodwink was about to pick off, effectively undoing her entire setup.

This pressure forces the Hoodwink player to be much more careful. Instead of freely sniping from the trees, she has to wait for Snapfire to commit her spells elsewhere or risk getting zoned out of the fight. Hoodwink can still find success by using Scurry for quick repositioning or by landing a key Bushwhack to disable Snapfire first. However, Snapfire consistently creates complications that make it harder for Hoodwink to execute her game plan, giving her a small but noticeable advantage across the match.
