Trying to land a stun on Weaver is a frustrating task, but Hoodwink has the right tools for it. Her game plan revolves around fighting near trees, which is the exact condition needed for Bushwhack to pull a target in for a stun. While Weaver can often use Shukuchi to dodge the net as it flies out, getting caught means he can't activate Time Lapse to undo the mistake. This interaction makes moving around the map a constant threat for Weaver, as one misstep near a tree can easily lead to his death before he can react.

Throughout the game, this dynamic creates a tense cat-and-mouse scenario. Hoodwink uses her Scurry passive to position in the trees, waiting to initiate on an unsuspecting Weaver. In response, Weaver has to play with extreme care, either avoiding wooded areas entirely or building a defensive item to block the initial stun. If he can survive the Bushwhack, he's usually safe.
