How this matchup plays

Drafting these two heroes into each other often sets up a specific kind of duel. Tiny’s whole game plan revolves around blinking in and deleting one hero with his spell combo. Kez, however, is built to answer that exact approach. A timely parry or stance swap can deflect the incoming burst damage, leaving Tiny standing there with all his spells on cooldown. This is also why they rarely work well together; they both want to be the center of a single-target elimination, but Tiny's proactive setup clashes with Kez's reactive, counter-punching style.

As the game progresses, this puts the burden of action on the Tiny player. He can't blindly initiate on Kez and must instead try to bait out the parry or wait for a teammate to lock Kez down first. The Kez player knows this and can often dictate the terms of a fight, confident that he can survive the initial assault and then chase Tiny down. For Tiny’s team, the answer is to coordinate their stuns on Kez or simply avoid him and focus on softer targets on the map.
