How this matchup plays

Trying to fight Necrophos head-on is where things go wrong. His entire design revolves around outlasting opponents in extended engagements. He constantly pressures the health of anyone nearby while having ways to keep himself topped off, making him deceptively durable. A hero like Largo, who might rely on hitting a specific timing or combo, will struggle to find a clean kill. The longer a fight against Necrophos lasts, the more it swings in his favor, and he is very good at making sure fights go long.

This means Largo's game becomes incredibly difficult after the laning stage. To have a chance, his team needs to commit multiple heroes to burst Necrophos from full health instantly, before he can react. It's a huge commitment that can easily backfire. Necrophos, meanwhile, simply wants to position himself in the middle of the chaos. He forces Largo to either play from a great distance, reducing his effectiveness, or risk getting worn down and eventually finished off for even stepping into the fight.
