Picking Viper into a game where Legion Commander is a possibility is a tough choice. The core of the problem is Press the Attack. It provides a strong dispel, which cleanses every single one of Viper's slows and damage-over-time effects. This allows Legion Commander to completely negate his primary way of controlling a fight and surviving. When she locks him down with Duel, Viper has no tools to win the exchange.
