Marci vs Snapfire

How this matchup plays

Trying to jump onto Snapfire often ends in a wash. Marci wants to close the gap with Rebound and isolate a target with Dispose, but Snapfire’s Firesnap Cookie is a perfect answer. It can either push Marci away during her Unleash channel or save an ally from the initial throw. This forces a direct trade of key abilities. Similarly, if Marci jumps in, she has to contend with Scatterblast at point-blank range, which can hit surprisingly hard. Both heroes have tools to control positioning and movement, and they often end up nullifying each other’s attempts at aggression.

This creates a standoff that plays out across the entire game. In lane, it becomes a game of chicken, waiting for the other to misuse a key cooldown. Later on, success for Marci often hinges on finding Snapfire when her Cookie is already used. In larger fights, Snapfire can effectively peel for whoever Marci targets, or use Mortimer Kisses to zone her out and make her Unleash commitment incredibly risky. Neither hero has a clear, built-in advantage, so fights between them usually come down to timing, positioning, and who makes the first mistake.
