Mirana vs Queen of Pain

How this matchup plays

Thinking Queen of Pain can simply Blink onto Mirana for an easy kill is a common misread. Mirana's Leap gives her an immediate way to create space and turn the fight, often dodging the initial burst from Scream of Pain. While QoP has excellent mobility, her Blink has a cooldown. This window is what Mirana's team plays around. A well-placed Sacred Arrow can catch QoP after she's used her escape to be aggressive, turning a gank attempt into a disaster for her. Moonlight Shadow further complicates things, making it risky for Queen of Pain to farm alone or find a safe initiation angle.

The lane phase can be tough for Mirana, as QoP's consistent nukes and harass usually give her control. However, the game tends to lean Mirana's way as teams start moving around the map. An early ultimate for Mirana allows her team to make coordinated, invisible ganks, which are especially effective against a hero like Queen of Pain who often feels safe farming aggressively.
