Mirana vs Slark

How this matchup plays

Facing a Slark, a Mirana player has to constantly play around his Dark Pact. Landing a long Sacred Arrow is Mirana's best way to set up a kill, but Slark can completely negate the stun with a well-timed dispel. This creates a mind game where Mirana and her allies need to bait out the Dark Pact before committing the Arrow. For the Slark player, it's about holding that ability for the exact right moment. Using it too early or mis-timing it means he’s a sitting duck for the full stun duration, which is often a death sentence.

This dynamic defines their interactions all game. Slark wants to hunt for solo pickoffs, but Mirana’s Moonlight Shadow can provide a team-wide escape or counter-initiation, making his job much harder. A well-placed Leap can also give Mirana the distance she needs to survive a gank attempt. Ultimately, the fight often comes down to execution. If Slark gets caught without Dark Pact available, he's vulnerable. If Mirana gets pounced on from the fog or misses her Arrow, she's the one in trouble.
