How this matchup plays

Landing a long-range Sacred Arrow on Weaver completely invalidates his game plan. His entire survivability comes from being a slippery, high-speed target with Shukuchi, but the arrow’s stun duration is more than enough time to delete him from the fight. A successful stun from fog forces him to either die instantly or use Time Lapse defensively, often putting him back into a terrible position. Weaver is too fragile to get caught out, and Mirana has one of the best long-range, non-ultimate lockdown tools for doing exactly that.

This dynamic shapes the entire match. Weaver can't play his normal aggressive, split-pushing style because he's under constant threat of being picked off. He's forced to play much more defensively, which limits his impact and farm. Mirana can play her game as usual, always holding the option to hunt Weaver or use her arrow to counter-initiate when he commits to a fight. To have a chance, Weaver needs to invest in an early defensive item, which significantly delays the point where he can threaten Mirana's team.
