Naga Siren vs Queen of Pain

How this matchup plays

Using a Sonic Wave on a group of illusions feels terrible, and that's the core issue for Queen of Pain here. While her Scream of Pain can clear out illusions, it forces her to burn mana and cooldowns on fakes. Committing her ultimate to find the real Naga Siren leaves her without her main teamfight weapon. Naga's illusions constantly muddy the water, making it risky for QoP to Blink in aggressively. On the other hand, if Naga's team catches Queen of Pain, Ensnare goes through spell immunity and provides a long, reliable lockdown that a slippery hero like her hates dealing with.

This problem gets worse as the game goes on. Once Naga Siren is able to split-push effectively, Queen of Pain is forced into a guessing game across the map, wasting her time and tempo trying to find the real hero to gank. A failed attempt where she blows her spells on an illusion can be disastrous. Even a successful jump on the real Naga can be instantly reset by Song of the Siren, turning her aggression into a trap. QoP is forced to play a much more reactive and careful game, which limits her ability to take control.
