Necrophos vs Tiny

How this matchup plays

Heartstopper Aura turns Tiny's massive health pool from an asset into a major liability. A core part of his identity is being a huge, tanky front-liner, but for Necrophos, that large health bar is simply a bigger target to burn down. When Tiny commits his combo for a kill, Necrophos can use Ghost Shroud to survive the initial physical burst and then turn the fight completely. The sustained damage from the aura and Death Pulse wears Tiny down quickly, leaving him unable to finish the job and exposed to a counter-attack.

This dynamic makes it incredibly difficult for Tiny to play his game. He can’t effectively initiate on Necrophos, and even targeting his allies is risky when Necrophos is nearby to provide sustain and threaten a fight-turning Reaper's Scythe. Tiny's usual plan of bursting a key hero is completely unreliable. His main option is to rush a Black King Bar, but that delays his own damage and initiation items. Meanwhile, Necrophos sees Tiny as the perfect setup for his ultimate, patiently waiting for his health to drop low enough for an easy kill.
