Night Stalker vs Snapfire

How this matchup plays

Getting jumped by a Night Stalker is rough for Snapfire because his whole game plan is about preventing her from using her spells. Once his Crippling Fear silence lands, she can't use Firesnap Cookie to leap away or Scatterblast to slow him down and create space. She's left completely defenseless against his physical damage, unable to cast anything to survive the gank. It's a neat reversal of their synergy; when they're allies, he holds a target down for her combos. When they're enemies, he uses his silence to make sure she can't cast them at all.

This forces Snapfire to play much more cautiously, especially during the first few nights. She has to hug her towers or stick to her teammates, knowing Night Stalker is probably looking for her. Her best response is to use the extreme range of Mortimer Kisses to contribute to fights from a safe distance, staying well outside his initiation range. If she can survive the nights and group up for objectives, Night Stalker has a much harder time finding the solo pickoffs he needs to get ahead, and the advantage narrows.
