Head-to-head Dota 2 7.41f win rate from ranked matches.
In Dota 2 7.41f, Nyx Assassin wins the Nyx Assassin vs Phoenix matchup: Nyx Assassin beats Phoenix in 51.35% of 14,910 ranked matches.
Controlling the map often feels like a tug-of-war in this matchup. Nyx Assassin creates pressure by forcing supports to play scared and off the map, limiting vision. Phoenix can counteract this by safely pushing waves out with spells, reclaiming that space for his team. The direct interaction is equally contested. Nyx’s Mana Burn is a nightmare for Phoenix, potentially leaving him without enough resources to cast his spells in a fight. A good Spiked Carapace can also cancel Sun Ray. However, Phoenix is difficult to kill. Icarus Dive provides a reliable escape from Vendetta attempts, and if Nyx’s team overcommits, Supernova can completely punish the aggression and turn the fight.
