Controlling Ursa's tempo is the main challenge in this matchup, and Primal Beast has the right tools for it. Ursa needs to land a continuous string of attacks with Overpower to stack Fury Swipes and kill a target. Primal Beast's Pulverize can interrupt this sequence, even if Ursa activates Enrage. The status resistance from Enrage will shorten the disable, but it won't prevent it entirely. That small window of disruption is often enough for the target to survive or for allies to counter-attack, breaking Ursa's momentum.
