Landing a Meat Hook on an evasive hero like Queen of Pain is a significant advantage. Her main defensive tool, Blink, is completely bypassed if the hook connects, pulling her into a bad spot. Pudge can then use Dismember to hold her in place, preventing her from blinking away while his team collapses. This combo gives Pudge a reliable way to initiate on a target that is normally very hard to pin down. The constant threat of being caught out limits how aggressively Queen of Pain can play.
