Ringmaster vs Wraith King

How this matchup plays

Picking Ringmaster into an enemy Wraith King is a classic drafting trap. Ringmaster's whole game plan revolves around using his control and box tricks to isolate and burst down a single, high-value target. This entire sequence is almost completely invalidated by Wraith King's Reincarnation. A team might burn all their resources and Ringmaster's long cooldowns to kill him, only for him to stand right back up in the middle of everyone, ready to fight again. The core function of Ringmaster's kit is simply negated.

This dynamic creates a constant dilemma for the Ringmaster's team. In fights, they face a terrible choice: either focus the Wraith King and waste their primary control spells on his first life, or try to ignore him, which is rarely possible. The Wraith King player knows this and can play with incredible confidence, baiting out abilities without real risk. He can walk into traps on purpose, knowing that even if his team is late to follow up, he gets a reset button that Ringmaster has no answer for.
