Sand King vs Warlock

How this matchup plays

Fighting into a Warlock team often revolves around who initiates on whom. Sand King's entire game plan involves jumping into the enemy team with Burrowstrike and Epicenter. This can play right into Warlock's hands, setting him up for a perfect Chaotic Offering on a clumped-up group. If Sand King gets caught by Fatal Bonds before or during his initiation, the fight can turn sour very quickly. The Golem provides a long stun, and the shared damage from Bonds punishes anyone who tries to follow up on Sand King's lead. It's a classic case of two heroes wanting the enemy team to group up, but for very different reasons.
