Wraith King vs Tiny

How this matchup plays

Trying to burst down a key target with Avalanche and Toss is how Tiny creates an advantage. Against Wraith King, that entire strategy is nullified. Tiny commits his full combo and all his mana to secure a kill, only for Reincarnation to bring Wraith King back to life immediately. The fundamental purpose of Tiny’s kit—deleting one hero from a fight—is made completely irrelevant. WK doesn’t even need to itemize specifically; his ultimate naturally counters Tiny's whole approach to fighting.

This problem gets worse for Tiny as the game goes on. He is forced to either waste his spells on the unkillable frontliner or try to awkwardly navigate around Wraith King to find a support. WK can simply walk at the enemy team, knowing their primary source of burst damage is ineffective against him. He uses his own sustain and stun to control the fight after Tiny has blown his load. This forces Tiny into a terrible position where he can't perform his job, leaving his team without the pick-off potential he's supposed to provide.
