Slark vs Snapfire

How this matchup plays

Trying to regen with Shadow Dance becomes difficult when Mortimer Kisses is on the map. The long-range vision and constant damage from Snapfire's ultimate can track Slark and prevent his passive healing from kicking in, turning what should be a safe escape into a very risky situation. While a well-timed Dark Pact can remove the stun from Firesnap Cookie or the slow from Scatterblast, there's no way for Slark to purge the vision from those fireballs. This single interaction can be the difference between getting away and dying after a gank.

As the game progresses, this dynamic forces the Slark player to be much more cautious. Snapfire can effectively zone him out of fights or finish him from a safe distance, even if he manages to disengage from the initial brawl. Slark's plan has to be either baiting out the ultimate on another target or finding an angle to Pounce directly onto Snapfire when she’s isolated. It creates a tense game of positioning where Slark can’t rely on his ultimate to bail him out as easily as he normally would.
