Snapfire vs Weaver

How this matchup plays

Getting close to Snapfire as Weaver is a calculated risk. Her short-range Scatterblast can be devastating if he commits to an attack, and it can provide enough of a slow to make tracking him through Shukuchi much easier. While Mortimer Kisses is not a direct lockdown, its constant explosions and slowing pools severely limit the areas where Weaver can safely move during a teamfight. This forces him to either reposition far away or risk getting caught out as he tries to weave through the fight.

This pressure starts early, where Snapfire's spells can make laning very uncomfortable for a fragile hero. Later on, Weaver’s game plan revolves around playing on the edges of fights and baiting out her cooldowns before he fully commits. If Snapfire uses her ultimate to control one part of the fight, a good Weaver will simply attack from another direction. His survival depends on outmaneuvering her abilities, but one mistake can leave him slowed and vulnerable enough to be finished off, giving Snapfire a slight but consistent advantage.
