Underlord + Disruptor

Why this works

Picking these two together often doubles down on area control. Underlord's Pit of Malice can trap enemies inside Disruptor's Static Storm, creating a lethal zone that's hard to walk out of. Glimpse is also a great setup tool, pulling an overextended hero back into a waiting Firestorm. The main reason this isn't a guaranteed win is that both heroes fulfill a similar role. If the enemy team has a lot of mobility or magic immunity, you can end up with a lot of overlapping control that doesn't accomplish much against key targets.

The laning stage is usually stable, with Underlord holding his own and giving Disruptor space to work with. Their mid-game teamfight is where the synergy can shine, controlling fights around towers or Roshan. Underlord can even use Fiend's Gate to position the whole team for a surprise initiation with Disruptor. However, the game often comes down to timing. If enemy cores get their Black King Bars before you can build a significant lead, this duo loses much of its threat, making it a very situational and timing-dependent pairing.
