How Underlord and Nyx Assassin perform as teammates in Dota 2 7.41f, from ranked matches.
In Dota 2 7.41f, Underlord and Nyx Assassin win 52.16% of ranked matches when playing on the same team, over 20,665 matches.
Chaining Nyx Assassin's Impale into Underlord's Pit of Malice creates a long and reliable lockdown that few heroes can survive. This setup guarantees that Underlord can land a full Firestorm on the trapped target, adding a huge amount of follow-up damage to Nyx's initial burst from Vendetta. Together, they form a terrifying ganking duo that can control the map by consistently finding and deleting isolated targets. This pick-off potential remains a threat all game, as Underlord's Fiend's Gate can be used to bring the pair in for a surprise initiation, ensuring their kill combo is always available when needed.
