Underlord + Ogre Magi

Why this works

Picking these two together creates a durable frontline that can be very annoying to deal with. Underlord's Pit of Malice is the key setup here. It holds enemies in one place, giving Ogre Magi a perfect window to land his Ignite and follow up with a Fireblast. The constant damage from Firestorm stacking with Ignite wears down opponents in the lane and in early skirmishes, forcing them to play defensively or burn through their regeneration. It's not a high-burst combination, but the sustained pressure is often enough to secure an advantage.

This pairing wants to force long, messy teamfights where their combined bulk and damage-over-time can grind the enemy down. As a duo, Underlord and Ogre Magi are hard to kill and create a lot of chaos for enemies trying to get to the backline. The opposing team's best bet is to avoid these direct brawls. They'll either try to use mobility to get quick pick-offs on other heroes or simply split the map to avoid fighting into the Pit of Malice. The synergy is solid, but it relies on enemies committing to a head-on fight.
