Alchemist + Muerta

Why this works

Having two such greedy cores on one team often creates a resource problem. Alchemist needs to occupy the most efficient part of the jungle to accelerate his farm with Greevil's Greed. At the same time, Muerta is a carry who relies on items to scale her right-clicks and be effective during Pierce the Veil. This means they are directly competing for safe farm, slowing down the item progression for at least one of them. While Alchemist can eventually give Muerta an Aghanim's Scepter, the build-up to that point leaves the team playing defensively with limited map control.

The result is a passive mid-game. The enemy team sees a large window to apply pressure, take objectives, and secure map dominance while both Alchemist and Muerta are farming. If your team falls behind, it's very difficult to recover. A successful game with this pairing requires the other heroes to win their lanes decisively and create an unusual amount of space on their own. Otherwise, by the time your two carries are ready to fight, the enemy may have already built a lead that's too big to overcome.
