Alchemist + Vengeful Spirit

Why this works

Thinking of Vengeful Spirit as only a save for Alchemist misses half the picture. The real strength comes from multiplying his physical output. Vengeance Aura provides a solid base damage bonus, but the main interaction is stacking armor reduction. Her Wave of Terror combined with Alchemist's own Acid Spray shreds enemy defenses, making every one of his rapid Chemical Rage attacks hit for much more. A single stun from Magic Missile is often all that's needed to lock a target in the acid, securing a kill and accelerating Alchemist's farm even further.

This partnership secures the entire game plan for an Alchemist. Early on, Vengeful Spirit's lockdown creates a safe lane, letting him build his Greevil's Greed stacks without pressure. As he splits the map to farm, a well-timed Nether Swap can nullify any gank attempt, buying crucial seconds for him to escape or turn the fight. This constant protection lets Alchemist hit his item timings much more reliably. Later on, Vengeful Spirit can use that same swap to initiate, pulling a priority target into the waiting Alchemist for an instant deletion.
