Axe + Enchantress

Why this works

Controlling the pace of the game gets a lot simpler when these two are on the same team. Axe wants to initiate with Berserker's Call and soak up damage, but he can be fragile against a lot of focus fire. Enchantress solves this problem directly by providing a huge amount of healing with Nature's Attendants, letting Axe easily survive his own taunt. This turns what might be a risky trade into a very safe setup for your team. Her slows and the pure damage from Impetus also help secure kills on any target Axe manages to lock down, making their ganks incredibly effective.

This duo wants to hit a timing and start running at the enemy. Once Axe gets his Blink Dagger, he and Enchantress can hunt for pickoffs, creating space and securing objectives off the back of successful fights. For the enemy team, the priority has to be separating the pair or bursting Enchantress down at the start of a fight. If they can't neutralize her healing, dealing with a constantly topped-off Axe becomes a massive problem. Their other option is to have strong disengage tools to simply avoid fighting into the combo until they have better items.
