Thinking you're getting double the initiation is the trap with this pairing. The fundamental issue is a clash of control. Batrider wants to execute a clean, controlled pull on a single enemy with Flaming Lasso, dragging them straight back into the team. Tiny's entire burst combo, however, involves throwing enemies into the air with Avalanche and then using Toss. A well-meaning Tiny can easily Toss the Lasso'd target, which either breaks the tether or moves the enemy to an entirely different and often safer spot.
